Core classes are medium to high intensity workouts for fit and active participants

Core classes stream every morning except Saturdays

And stream Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings


Improve your Posture & Balance

Increase your Flexibility & Mobility

Balance classes provide gentle workouts with a bit of a challenge. If you're new to Pilates or returning to classes after a long break then these classes are for you.

Balance classes stream Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays at 11 am
